Concepts

Five self-service experiences, one platform.

Each concept is mostly unstaffed, runs on Stolat OS, and is designed to be packaged for franchise partners after it proves itself on our sites.

App-based metered-access coworking

Concept

What it is

Unstaffed coworking where the app handles entry and the platform meters time and amenities, billing by the session instead of by membership.

Guest experience

  • Unlock the door and a desk from your phone
  • Pay for the time you use
  • Book quiet rooms through the AI concierge

Why it franchises

Light build-out, software-defined operations and usage-based pricing make it easy to repeat in towns that lack flexible workspace.
