Partner with us

Help bring AI-run physical experiences to more places.

We’re opening conversations with three kinds of partners. Each can engage at the stage that suits them.

Who we work with

Three ways to get involved

Franchise partners

Operators and multi-unit owners who want to bring proven, mostly unstaffed concepts to their markets.

  • Get early insight into pilot results
  • Help shape site criteria and playbooks
  • Join the list for future franchise offerings

Investors

Investors who want exposure to the intersection of AI, automation and experiential real estate.

  • Concept and pilot briefings
  • Updates as unit economics are proven
  • Opportunities at the incubator or concept level

Municipal partners

Cities, towns and tourism bodies looking for new mobility, food, storage, lodging and workspace options.

  • Collaborate on permitting and siting
  • Pilots aligned with community goals
  • Data sharing on usage and impact
The path

Where partners plug in

Every concept follows the same five-stage path. Partners can engage at any stage.

  1. Concept

Define the guest experience, the target customer and the role of AI and automation.

  2. Prototype

Build the hardware, app flows and AI agent behavior, and test them in a controlled setting.

  3. Pilot

Run with real guests on a Stolat property and measure demand, reliability and satisfaction.

  4. Unit economics

Prove the model per unit, covering build cost, operating cost, utilization and margin.

  5. Franchise kit

Package the brand, playbooks, platform access and site criteria so partners can replicate it.

Good to know

Concepts on this site are in development. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a franchise or a solicitation of investment. Any franchise offering will be made only through the disclosure documents required by applicable law, and any investment opportunity only through appropriate offering documents.

We don’t publish financial projections, pricing or opening dates until a concept has completed its pilot.
